How To: Break In A Waxed Cotton

In this video I discuss how I go about breaking in our new "Working Cotton" Ropes. These ropes are a 5/16 diameter, 5 strand, waxed cotton rope.  When you get these ropes, you'll notice they have a ton of body and memory to them when you try and build your loop.  I like running them through a post like I do a reata to heat them up and take away that memory.  I will set my loop on a post and slide rope around the horn. Both of these methods I go through in detail in this video and will help get that loop hanging true, honest, and feeling great!
