Refund policy

Due to the nature of our jobs we do not have any warranties on our ropes. If you get your new rope and don't like the feel of it we will exchange it or you can return it at your shipping expense. The returned rope needs to be in new condition and has NOT been used. We understand shopping online for ropes can be challenging, if you throw your rope at the dummy a few times we will exchange it for something you might like more.
